Sponsor terms
A payment buys a verified sponsored placement and permanent directory listing—not a guaranteed number of impressions, clicks, customers, or uninterrupted hours at the top.
How the daily market works
- Each UTC day is a separate round. The first score starts at $1 and the minimum next target rises in whole-dollar increments of at least $1.
- A returning sponsor in the same round pays only the difference between its own current score and its new target. All amounts shown at checkout are calculated again by the server.
- After a successful captured payment, the sponsor badge remains live until another eligible payment activates at a higher score, the round resets at 00:00 UTC, or the placement is paused under these rules.
- New checkouts close shortly before the UTC reset so payments can settle safely. A checkout that goes stale may be canceled without capture.
Review and payment
Submitting a sponsor does not create a purchase. Babeslop reviews the creative and destination first. If approved, the private status page may offer checkout. Payment activation occurs only after a verified provider event and a final eligibility check; a return from checkout alone never activates a sponsor.
What the purchase includes
A fulfilled purchase includes the live compact sponsor badge for the time it validly holds the current daily score and a public sponsor profile in the historical directory. Rankings, reign history, and anonymous performance estimates may remain public after the live placement ends.
Outbids, resets, and refunds
Being outbid or reaching the scheduled daily reset is normal completion of the purchased placement and is not refundable. A lower authorization that loses eligibility before capture is canceled rather than charged. If Babeslop captures a payment but cannot deliver the placement because of a service or eligibility failure, we may automatically issue a full refund. Other refunds are discretionary and processed through the payment provider.
Sponsor promises
You confirm that you are at least 18, can bind the sponsor, own or license the submitted material, and that the creative, claims, product, and destination comply with law and the Advertising Policy. You must not manipulate analytics, interfere with the market, evade moderation, or initiate a charge dispute for a placement that was delivered as described.
Availability and changes
The service and analytics are provided on an as-available basis. We may correct obvious pricing or scoring errors, prevent abusive activity, pause the market, or update these terms prospectively. Material changes do not rewrite a completed payment.
These terms are a practical launch agreement and do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
